Shinmei Electric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has established the following guidelines regarding the operation of its official social media accounts and the dissemination of information.

These guidelines apply to all officers and employees of the Company when participating in social media using the Company's official social media
accounts.

・When operating social media, we shall comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal rules, and act with integrity and good judgment as responsible members of society.
・We understand that information shared via official accounts can impact the Company’s reputation. Therefore, we prioritize accuracy and take care to
avoid providing misleading information.
・We respect the intellectual property rights (including copyrights, portrait rights, and trademarks) and the privacy of third parties.
・We will not disclose confidential information of the Company or our business partners, nor unreleased technical information, without prior
authorization.
