Our company has been engaged in the manufacture and sale of electronic components since the late Iwasaki Ichiro established Shinmei Electric Manufacturing Co., Ltd. in June 1956. We are blessed with many customers, including major Japanese set manufacturers and automotive parts manufacturers, and as a rare specialist manufacturer of switches, solenoids, and relays in Japan, we provide products that are useful in everyone's daily lives based on our “quality first” policy.

Amidst constantly changing business environments, such as the Lehman Shock, the Great East Japan Earthquake, the spread of COVID-19, Shanghai's lockdown, and tariff issues, we deeply consider what our customers want and what society needs today. We are delighted to be able to contribute to the lives of people around the world by developing products that meet those needs.

” SHINMEI ELECTRIC” is by no means a large, well-known company. It does not run television commercials, and its products are not sold in supermarkets or convenience stores.
We manufacture and sell “internal components” for products sold by a wide range of customers, including office equipment, cameras, automotive, home appliances, and amusement equipment. We diligently and conscientiously produce the components that are essential to the home appliances and automobiles we use every day without a second thought. While we may not be flashy, we have worked tirelessly as the “unsung heroes” behind the scenes to make our daily lives more convenient and comfortable. And we will continue to do so in the future.
