Shinmei Electric has cherished the spirit of "the spirit of enterprise" throughout its over 60 years of operation, steadily expanding its business by developing electronic components that meet the demands of the times. We have established an integrated production system encompassing product design, mold manufacturing, component production, and final assembly. Our strength lies in our ability to not only offer standard products based on various switches but also to individually develop and stably supply products that precisely match our customers' needs.

We lost our manufacturing plant in Fukushima Prefecture in the Great East Japan Earthquake of 2011. Since then, our Kawasaki headquarters has led the entire company, focusing on product design and quality assurance, while transferring manufacturing technology and fostering human resource development at our overseas plants. Most recently, we have begun manufacturing in Vietnam based on customer needs and are also planning to restart manufacturing in Japan for the first time since 2011.

Industries and social structures are changing at an unprecedented speed, volatility is increasing, and we are witnessing a true paradigm shift. We will anticipate changes that may occur throughout society and proceed with a zero-based mindset. To provide more customers with safe and reliable products with a sense of speed, all of our employees will make diligent efforts.
